Today: Only-Up is pulled back

Only-up was released on May 2023 and is an internet sensation ever since, with over 90,000 viewers on Twitch and 55,000 users following the game. But recently, it is pulled back from Steam without any notification or warning, which pissed off many streamers and fans.

CS: GO or Valorant?

CS: GO or Valorant, this is one of the most debatable topics in esports since the release of the Valorant in June 2020. Many professional gamers and personalities join this now and then. Recently Matthew Haag also known as Nadeshot, former professional Call of Duty player and now founder and CEO of 100 of Thieves (an American lifestyle brand and gaming organization), steps up in this wrangling and in one of his podcasts, on the official YouTube channel of 100 thieves, claims that “one of these two is much harder than other”

Although a comparison between the two games was not on a list of Q&A, which might his own opinion and he was eager to get it out, this makes it more interesting. Returning to CS: GO made him realize that it is much more difficult than Valorant, but he still values Valorant more as he had much more fun playing it.

The possible reason to remove this game is over copyrights disputes: one of the 3D artists claims the game used one of his models that were listed on Sketchfab (a 3D modeling platform website to publish, share, discover, buy, and sell 3D, VR and AR content) which specifically clear that it was not for commercial use.

Developer SC-KR Games recently tweeted the game could be repurchased from Steam soon. It is a $10 game in which you aim to reach the space through random obstacles, in short, you have to endlessly go up.

Call of Duty on the consoles

According to a Federal Judge, the new Call of Duty will launch on 10 November 2023. This aligns with some of the previous leaks by Tom Henderson, a reliable leaker who also claimed it would release on all consoles. Now this is up to the FTC trial, how it goes, and which consoles it will release on.

However, it is yet to be announced by the COD franchise, and we still don't know the mainline of the game, whether it will be MW3 or a whole other story. We're hoping it will announce officially soon.

The Steam Summer

Tin, tin, tin....! The Steam summer sale is here; that comes with a lot of great deals on many different games that have been waiting on our wishlist for the past year. It's to grab them all, add them to our library, and probably not play most of them. The sale will be on for almost 2 weeks and will be ending on 13 July at 10 am PT.
