Cyprus-based esports betting platform 1xBet has partnered with Argentina's esports organization Bestia.
1xBet and Bestia cooperation will focus on the success of the Counter-Strike 2 team at the Bestia organization Shanghai Major in December of this year. In addition, the agreement includes additional funding for Bestia and Argentina's Counter-Strike if certain criteria are met.
If Bestia reaches the Elimination Stage of this year's Shanghai Major, 1xBet will support other Argentinian grassroots teams and invest $500,000 in the entry-level eSports CS2 tournament.
1xBet also noted that there is a "special bonus" for the Bestia organization. If the team reaches this stage, the company will invest to the organization $500,000 in addition to its existing sponsorship deal.
1xBet's logo will be on the jersey of the Bestia Counter-Strike team, as well as to create more contents about players.
Founded in 2023 by rapper Alejandro 'Papo MC' Lococo, Bestia has a PUBG team and a Counter-Strike team that is one of the best in Argentina.
1xBet is well known brand that invests in of esports and is known not only for esports but also for traditional sports. In May 2024, 1xBet partnered with OGEsports to launch a documentary series chronicling the lives of the organization's players.
In recent years, the company has supported various Counter-Strike events, Champion of Champions Tour (CCT), Skyesports Masters in India, and Nomadic Maters Spring in Mongolia, and has been the main sponsor.
1xBet cooperates with organizations such as IHC esports, The MongolZ , Mongolian Esports Association (MESA), and META gaming in Mongolia.
